Hardwood Flooring
Komodoor tropical hardwood floors are crafted of exotic kiln dried woods: Teak, Kempas, Manila and Marabau. Other tropical hardwood floors can be custom order to spec and are listed on this page. All Komodoor floors are dense and display excellent tolerance to water penetration and moisture and conform to ISO 1072-75. As such, the life span of a properly cared for Komodoor floor is over 100 years even in heavy traffic and moist areas such as entry halls, corridors and kitchens.

Komodoor parquet and plank floors come semi-finished, meaning that they are ready for stain and or lacquer out of the box without further sanding. Boards are pre-sorted at the mill for color consistency.

All parquets and floor planks have 3 mm channels on the bottoms for deformation resistance, adhesive quality and micro-ventilation, making Komodoor the quality choice for long life.

Komodoor floors come in parquet and floor plank cuts in the standard dimensions listed below. There are some limitations and variation to the dimensions listed based upon the natural attributes of different sorts of woods.

All floors are built from solid hardwood. There are no cores or veneers used in any floor product.
