FINISH

All Komodoor doors are available finished as well as unfinished. Our expert craftsmen have created a factory finish 6-step process to insure long lasting durability and beauty. The finish used is polyurethane, which has been rigorously tested in
diverse climates and conditions.

PRE-HANGING

Komodoor offers pre-hanging of all of our models. Every aspect of the Komodoor pre-hanging system is designed to ensure you a weather-tight, safe, low-maintenance entrance system. You can choose from three jamb sizes, 4-9/16", 5-1/4",
and 6-9/16. All Komodoor doors are pre-hung using Baldwin solid brass hinges. Our threshold is the top-quality Endura adjustable aluminum sill with a brass finish, which is widely acknowledged as being among the best in the industry. Solid Mahogany exterior brick mold is included with every purchase.

GLASS

All of the glass in the Komodoor entrance door line is triple insulated, and energy efficient.

Doors taller than 7’0" must be at least 1-3/4’’ in thickness.
All doors with a thickness of 1-3/4" will have panel thickness of 1-3/8", unless otherwise specified.
Most doors with 3/4’’ thick triple glass need to have raised moulding (RM) on at least one side to fix the glass in place.
However there are some exceptions.
